The All India Federation of Diploma Engineers (AIFODE) was founded on February 14, 1968, to represent the interests of diploma engineers across India. With over 4 lakh members, AIFODE works to support engineers working in government and public sector jobs. Our headquarters is located in New Ashok Nagar, Delhi.
AIFODE was formed to unite diploma engineers and fight for their rights, fair treatment and better working conditions. Since its inception, leaders like Engineer Sajjan Raj, Engineer S.N. Sampige and Mahatma D.P. Roy have played a key role in building the federation and pushing for important changes like better promotions and salaries for diploma engineers.
Today, AIFODE continues to focus on improving the lives of its members and contributing to India’s development. We strive to ensure that diploma engineers get recognition for their hard work and dedication to the country.
