Procedure for Membership : Eligible constituents as per Article 2(a), 2(b), 2(c) may apply to the Secretary General using prescribed form with Rs.1500 admission fee. Membership will be issued jointly by President & Secretary General after E.C. approval. |

Chief Patron and Patrons : The Council may invite renowned personalities from India as Chief Patrons or Patrons to support Federation’s objectives. |

Honorary Counselors : Persons may be invited as Honorary Counselors by E.C. for their valuable services; they will not vote or hold office. |

Federation Year : The Federation’s financial year shall follow the calendar year. |

Subscription : All constituents shall pay annual subscription as prescribed in Bye-Laws. |

Central Fund Contribution : Constituents shall contribute to the Central Fund as determined by E.C. |

Administrative Set Up : The supreme body shall be the Council consisting of elected or nominated members from constituents (Councilors). |

Council : Council composed of Presidents, Vice Presidents & Secretary Generals of state constituents based on member strength. Additional representatives may be nominated for each 1000 members. Councilor fees Rs. 200/- per meeting (or as revised). |

Duties and Powers of the Office Bearers : President :

Senior Vice President : In absence of President, the Senior Vice President shall act as President in all respects. He will assist and render advice to the President and he will help the President in the matter relating to Foreign Countries (SDEF). |

Vice Presidents (4 Nos) : The Vice Presidents shall help in organizing the Federation by conducting tours, holding meetings, issuing letters etc. particularly in his Jurisdiction. He shall preside over the meetings of the Federation in absence of the President and Senior Vice President. |

Secretary General : Secretary General will be the Chief Executive of the Federation.

Foreword
A Member should recognize the principles of honesty. Justice and courtesy to quide him on the practice of his profession and on his personal conduct. He should not merely observe them passively but should apply them dynamically to the discharge of his duties to the public and the profession.
He should scrupulously guard his professional reputaion and avoid association with any enterprise of questionable character. He should uphold the dignity and honour of the Engineering Profession.
